We checked. She's wrong.

Clinton invited viewers to check her claim on, so we did. And actually, she’s wrong. Yes, if you include only contributions made to her campaign, donations from finance and Wall Street make up only about 3 percent of the total funds raised. But that’s not how our modern campaign finance system works. As the chart below shows, Clinton is significantly aided by super PAC fundraising (though not as much as some Republicans are). Once you total up donations to her campaign and to affiliated spending groups, finance workers give about 6 percent of contributions. Donations from students and teachers make up about 2 percent.
